DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is concluded electronically between SELF GRUP TEKNOLOJI LTD. ("Seller") and the person purchasing digital products or services through the website/app ("Buyer").

1. Subject

The Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer.

2. Product/Service Information

The core characteristics of the product/service, sales price, payment method, and tax details (if any) are presented on the checkout screen and approved by the Buyer.

3. Payment and Performance

• Payments are collected through a secure payment provider infrastructure.
• Access to digital content is provided once payment is confirmed.
• In case of technical delays, the Seller completes performance within a reasonable period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For instantly performed digital content/services delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under applicable consumer law exceptions.

The Buyer acknowledges this limitation when immediate access is requested after payment.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Requests related to payment errors or technical issues are reviewed first by support. Where eligible, refunds are processed in line with legal requirements.

Disputes are subject to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts in accordance with consumer legislation.
